性能
該機是一種半自動膠囊充填設(shè)備，可分別獨立完成播囊、分體、藥粉充填、鎖緊等動作, 操作簡便, 充填準(zhǔn)確, 機身及工作臺面采用不銹鋼制造，符合制藥工業(yè)衛(wèi)生要求，適用于膠囊充填粉狀、顆粒狀藥品或保健品。
主要特點
1. 播囊、加料螺旋槳及充填轉(zhuǎn)盤均采用變頻調(diào)速，設(shè)定后自動運行。
2. 該機對膠囊要求低，上機率高。
3. 取消了傳統(tǒng)齒輪箱，結(jié)構(gòu)簡化緊湊、操作方便。
4. 所有步驟在觸摸屏上操作。
Performance
Integrating machine, electricity and air, the machine is easy to make separate operation of such actions as feeding, separation, filling and locking etc.
It’s working panel is made of stainless steel, which conforms to sanitary requirements of pharmacy. It is also suitable for filling powder of granular medicines and health products into capsule.
Main Features
1. The light-touch switches, feeding propeller and filling rotary table can be in automatic run based on present frequency speed control.
2. Reducing the packing cost due to high application and run-on.
3. Without traditional gearbox, it is simple in structure and easy for maintenance.
4. Keeping balance of filling amounts on both sides.
5. The vacuum pump and air compressor are attached with machine.
