Z SERIES MULTIPLE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES
Z系列多路換向閥是由多個(gè)換向閥和安全閥及各種附加閥組合而成。它具有工作壓力高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、安全閥性能好、可靠性高、不易外漏、通用性好等特點(diǎn)。它主要用于ZL40以下裝載機(jī)及多功能裝載機(jī)、小型挖掘機(jī)等工程機(jī)械的液壓系統(tǒng)中，也用于起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械或其它機(jī)械的液壓系統(tǒng)中，實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的集中控制。
該系列多路換向閥每連都帶單向閥。根據(jù)用戶需要，可在任一工作腔和回油腔之間安裝過載閥或補(bǔ)油閥。能夠組成并聯(lián)、串聯(lián)或串并聯(lián)復(fù)合油路，并有多種滑閥機(jī)能、定位、復(fù)位方式及控制方式，也可利用過橋閥體或外接油口向其他機(jī)構(gòu)提供油源，廣泛滿足了不同主機(jī)的需要。
The Z series multiple directional valves are several direction valves and a variety of additional safety valve and valve combination of the blocks combination valve may require a combination of parts work for even less than 10 multi-valve blocks.It has a high-pressure work,compact,good safety performance,high reliability and general good and so on .It is mainly used for the following ZL40 loader and multi-loaders,excavators,and other small-scale engineering machinery hydraulic system,also used for hoisting and conveying machinery ,mining machinery ,agricultural machinery or other mechanical hydraulic system,the multi-In executing agency of centralized control.
This series of multi valve is all each joint with a one-way valve.According to the needs of the user,can be installed the overload valve and oil charge valve between the any one of the working channel and backing channel.Can be composed of parallel,serial or parallel strings oil complex,and there are a variety of sliding valve function,positioning,reduction and control methods may also make used of the bridge body to the mouth of oil or other external agencies to provide oil to meet a wide range A host of different needs.
功能特點(diǎn) FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
閥結(jié)構(gòu)：片式結(jié)構(gòu)，可根據(jù)工作機(jī)構(gòu)需要隨意組合10連以內(nèi)的多路閥組。

附加閥：可以任一工作腔和回油腔之間安裝需要壓力的過載閥和補(bǔ)油閥。

負(fù)載保持閥：每連都內(nèi)置有負(fù)載保持和壓力隔斷的單向閥。
Load keeping valve:There are built-in the one-way valve with load keeping the pressure cut-off in every joint.
油路形式：并聯(lián)、串聯(lián)或串并聯(lián)復(fù)合油路。
Oil road mode:Parallel,series and series-parallel connection.
過橋：具有過橋功能，可利用過橋閥體或外接油口向其安機(jī)構(gòu)提供油源。
Ditch:With ditch,can provision oil to the install parts though the ditch body or the outlet.
控制方式：手動(dòng)、液動(dòng)控制、并具有鋼球定位方式。
