CENTUM CS3000分散控制系統(tǒng)概述

1.1 本規(guī)程適用于烏斯太發(fā)電廠兩臺300MW機組(#1機組)DCS系統(tǒng)的日常運行維護工作和一般性檢修調校ADV561-P00。

1.2 DCS系統(tǒng)在投運前應做好必要的項目檢查,檢查合格且一切準備就緒后系統(tǒng)上電,按照相關步驟啟動系統(tǒng),并檢查各部分正常或滿足相關技術要求后,系統(tǒng)投入在線運行。

1.3 DCS系統(tǒng)正常運行時,為確保系統(tǒng)處于完好、準確、可靠狀態(tài),要進行必要的日常與定期維護工作,每日進行一次設備巡檢,記錄系統(tǒng)各部分的工作狀況,發(fā)現異常問題及時查明原因并進行處理;定期進行有關內容是否符合技術指標質量要求的試驗和檢查,并根據熱控系統(tǒng)的運行工況決定熱控系統(tǒng)設備的投入與退出。

1.4 DCS系統(tǒng)檢修和調校的目的是恢復和確認DCS系統(tǒng)的性能與質量;DCS系統(tǒng)的運行維護原則是確保DCS系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)良好和工作可靠。

1.5 DCS系統(tǒng)的大、小修隨機組大、小修同時進行

1.6 DCS系統(tǒng)檢修的主要內容包括

1.6.1 系統(tǒng)停運前各部件狀態(tài)檢查,并做好記錄,以便停運后有針對性地進行檢修。

1.6.2 系統(tǒng)停運后要對系統(tǒng)各部件進行外觀檢查等一般性檢查,對系統(tǒng)控制裝置、卡件等硬件進行測試和校驗,以檢驗各硬件設備技術特性滿足相關要求

1.6.3對系統(tǒng)軟件及應用軟件進行邏輯檢查及功能試驗,以確保軟件功能的完整性,并滿足生產工藝流程的要求,從而保證DCS系統(tǒng)安全可靠運行。
